Lisa Imhoff, LCSW

With over two decades of experience, Lisa brings a strategic vision for building inclusive, resilient cultures, blending her expertise in organizational change with a background as a clinical therapist. Known for her authentic, approachable style, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations create lasting change that enhances service orientation toward clients, customers, and communities.

As Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the School of Pharmacy, Lisa has led award-winning initiatives, advised executive leadership, and partnered with HR to embed equity throughout the employee lifecycle. At UW Health, she supervised professionals to enhance cultural awareness and inclusive services, driving growth at every level.

Lisa’s results-driven approach centers on co-creating change through strategic guidance and workshops tailored to each organization’s unique culture and goals. She holds a BA in Journalism and Women’s Studies and an MS in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Mel Freitag, PhD, MA

Dr. Freitag serves as a leader and consultant in curriculum development, programming, strategic planning to create equitable and inclusive organizational practices and policies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Augsburg University, a Master of Arts in English from Illinois State University, and a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Education. She advocates for bold and creative models to improve employee recruitment, hiring, orientation, communications, and professional development. She strives to provide evidence-based tools that are grounded in intersectionality and antiracism. Because of her networks that are both within local, state and national communities of practice, she continues to develop successful and impactful programs, events, and curricula that are aligned with her commitment to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where all can thrive.
